Number of cards, Physical condition, Percent cards that are punched, Scanning mode (bitonal or greyscale), Consistency of punching scheme, Size of drawings, Positive or Negative Format.

Indexing Information
Customer’s retrieval strategy, Index values, Location(s) of indexing information, Database or bar codes available to support indexing.

Image Processing Information
Special instructions (deskew, crop, enhancement, re-size, rotation, endorsing, and multi-page TIFF processes)

Quality Control Information
Indexing accuracy rate, Legibility accuracy rate, Deskew/Crop/Truncation accuracy rate, Missing image rate.

Output Media (CD ROM, DVD, External Hard Drive, Other)
Labeling Requirements, Customer’s Preferred Shipper.
